The guaranteed minimum period of goods corresponds to 6 months, or a longer period, if indicated in the separate guarantee documents included in the set of goods.
Within 14 days from the date of purchase, you can make an exchange or return of goods in accordance with the law, provided that the product was not in use, has no signs of use, is fully equipped, packaging integrity and factory marking are not violated.
Please note that goods related to sanitary hygiene items are not subject to return within 14 days.
Exchange of goods will be as follows. After agreeing with the store manager all the reasons for the return, you will send the courier service your defective goods at the address that the store manager will tell you. After receiving the goods by our customer service and checking the availability of all supporting documents, as well as confirming the reason for the return, a new product will be sent to you (or a refund will be made).
